By accessing the 8jiji.app ("8jiji", "we", "platform") website and its associated services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the Terms and Conditions set out below. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement.

8jiji reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali and that version is authoritative. Should any translation exist in another language, the Bengali version shall prevail. All 8jiji services, games, promotions, and account management are governed by these Terms.

To create an account with 8jiji, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and all balances may be forfeited.

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited.
• The email address or phone number provided at registration must be valid and registered in your name.
• To keep your account secure, use a strong password — at least 8 characters long, including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Sharing your login credentials (username and password) with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until account verification (KYC) is complete.
• KYC verification requires a scanned copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or birth certificate.
• If any of your details change, please update them through support as soon as possible.

8jiji's services are strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Access or use of this platform by minors is entirely prohibited.

8jiji verifies age at the point of registration. Additional proof of identity may be requested if there is any doubt. Registering with a false age will result in the account and all associated funds being forfeited.

The following individuals are not eligible to use 8jiji's services:

• Any individual under the age of 18.
• Those for whom online gaming or gambling is legally prohibited in their place of residence.
• Employees of 8jiji or its affiliates and their immediate family members.

• No processing fees on deposits.
• If your balance doesn't reflect within 5 minutes, contact support with your transaction ID.
• If money is deducted from your bank or mobile banking but doesn't appear in your balance — your funds are not lost. The issue will be investigated and resolved.
• Deposit limits can be increased upon verification — contact support to request a change.
• In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, 8jiji reserves the right to suspend accounts and notify the authorities.

To withdraw funds from 8jiji, your KYC verification must be complete. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

• Your first withdrawal may take 30–60 minutes for manual verification.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 may require additional verification.
• Weekly withdrawal limit is ৳200,000. VIP players have different limits.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing funds earned from bonuses.
• Zero withdrawal fees — no charges deducted.

8jiji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions, which must be read before claiming.

Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. In most cases, the bonus amount must be wagered 15x to 30x before withdrawal (this may vary depending on the bonus type). For example: a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳20,000 in bets.

• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated in the terms.
• Bonus balance and real balance will be displayed separately.
• A maximum bet of ৳500 may apply when playing with a bonus — bets above this amount will not count toward wagering.
• Not all slot games may contribute equally to wagering — slots typically count 100%, table games 10-20%.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — the exact duration will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• 8jiji reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

All games on 8jiji are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG). The outcome of every round or spin is completely random and is not influenced by previous results. If a game is interrupted by an external cause, 8jiji's system automatically saves the game state.

• In the event of a technical game error, 8jiji reserves the right to refund bets placed on the affected rounds.
• If your internet connection drops, game results will be saved on the server and visible after you log back in.
• The dealer's or host's decision in Live games is final.
• If a match is cancelled in Sports Betting, the bet will be voided and your stake will be refunded.
• 8jiji is not obligated to honour incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a system error.

The following activities are strictly prohibited when using 8jiji's services. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.

• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Hacking, bug exploitation, or fraud involving game software.
• Bonus abuse — claiming bonuses using multiple accounts or identities.
• Harassing, intimidating, or insulting other players.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 8jiji platform for any unlawful activity.

8jiji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false personal information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Court order or directive from a regulatory authority.
• Security risks or system protection requirements.

Upon account termination, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned via the associated payment method once the investigation is complete. If fraud is established, all funds will be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. You will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed.
